Set in the peaceful and attractive village of Portinscale, just 1 mile from Keswick, Harney Peak is ideally situated for you to explore this beautiful part of the Lakes, whether on foot or by car. From many of the apartments, there are views over Derwentwater.

All the apartments have been extensively refurbished in 2004 to provide very high quality and comfortable accommodation, while still retaining the character of this traditional Lakeland building.

Facilities

All the apartments have:

An open plan living area with kitchen; separate bedroom(s) and bathroom with bath and shower over, WC and hand basin
Cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, (dishwasher in most apartments), colour teletext television, video and radio / cd players. Iron and ironing board.
Hollow fibre duvets are provided.
All apartments are fully centrally heated by gas combi boiler.

In addition:

Dogs are welcome in some of the apartments at no extra cost (maximum of 2)
There is free parking in our private car park
Cots and high chairs are available free of charge (subject to availability)
Drying room available

Short breaks. These are available from Saturday 4th November 2006 for a minimum of 2 nights (Christmas and New Year excluded). If, however, we have availability we will willingly consider short breaks at other times provided these are requested no more than two weeks prior to the start of the short break.
